If we detect violation — for example, underage access, fraud, or using another person's payment method — we may freeze or close your account. We'll notify you of the breach and the action taken. You can request clarification through our dispute form, and we'll review it within 48 hours.

Yes, but we notify you first. Changes take effect at least 14 days after we email you the new terms. If you don't agree, you can close your account before the change goes live without penalty. Continued login after the deadline means you've accepted the new terms.
